The organic Collagen is tasteless, so I have it in my coffee to help my joints. I make sure I take 500 mg of Vitamin C when I have the collagen to optimise absorption. The product is very high quality and is a reasonable price. As an Acupuncturist, I highly recommend it to my patients.
